Question : Is the TELL ME DOUNIA brand part of a line of sustainable development?

Answer: TELL ME DOUNIA cares about the environment, which is why our shipments are adapted to the size of your orders. We thus avoid empty packaging. You too, do something for the planet by recycling your cardboard packaging and boxes, give them a second life and share your ideas with us by tagging us on the @TELLMEDOUNIA networks!

In addition, thanks to our adapted services, we offer you to recycle your old gold or scrap for your personalized manufacturing at TELL ME DOUNIA, or even delivery to the Showroom for a carbon neutral delivery.

Deliveries & returns

Question : What is the delivery time?

Answer : The process of making your jewelry is unique. Made in France and with all the care taken, it will take a maximum of 1 month for their reception with follow-up. You will receive an email to let you know the progress of your order/production. However, some models may have a shorter manufacturing time. For any questions do not hesitate to contact us.

Question : What are your delivery methods?

Answer : We offer several delivery methods. Delivery by post (private carriers...), delivery to the Showroom (during opening hours, faster and greener). They will be offered to you at the time of payment.

Question: Do you ship internationally? Do you do worldwide shipping?

Answer : We are an inclusive brand at all levels. To offer our TELL ME DOUNIA services and know-how to everyone, all over the world! We therefore deliver internationally.

Question : How can I track my order?

Answer : To track your order at TELL ME DOUNIA, go to your customer area under "orders" to get the tracking number and the status of the latter.

Question: How many days do I have to make a return?

Answer : You have 14 days to contact our TELL ME DOUNIA after-sales service (Via contact form , Whatsapp number Business) and send us your complaint.

Question : I want to make a return, how should I proceed?

Answer : You are not satisfied with your order and wish to return it to us? Unfortunately, the house does not make returns. However, for any complaints, please contact our after-sales service in the contact tab, we will process your request within a maximum of 48 hours.

Question: My order is wrong, defective or incomplete, what should I do?
